Children's Summer Camp 2023
Ceramics Art Camp for Kids
Weekly classes begin July 10, 2023
Four (4) course sessions available
Daily Morning Classes: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
$190 for five (5) classes (Mon-Fri); Kids ages 8+
Check out the 2023 Summer Art Camp Flyer! Create your own ceramics and sculptures. Make animal mugs, finger puppets, and bobble heads. Learn about carving and glazing. Try the potter's wheel. Go home with a box full of art projects!

Stop by to try out pottery! No registration needed, just show up at the studio for a drop in lesson. Learn the basics of ceramics and pottery.

Daily afternoon classes, except Sunday. Contact for times.
The class is for hand building/sculpture projects. Create things like masks, mugs, animals, environments, candle holders, etc. Each student will make one or two things depending on time and details of each item. A short history of ceramics is taught, while demonstrating the three techniques of hand building. Children will learn about the firing process and kiln operation. Students will receive their Scout Badge upon completion. $20 per student, no colors. With Colors: Additional $5 per student.

Events hosted at Studio 6 in Spanish Village
Looking for a fun and creative idea for your child's next birthday party? Try ceramics and pottery; a wonderful way for kids to create, share ideas and learn about pottery. Children will create sculpture pieces. Examples include wall masks, animal mugs, soup bowls (all items are food safe), ceramic mushrooms, lanterns, dragons, etc. Children are encouraged to bring their own ideas to the party for inspiration. Ceramic creation time is approximately 90 minutes.
Bring your cake and decorations and come down to Spanish Village for a unique and wonderful birthday party experience. $20 per student, with additional costs for color glazing or use of Potter's wheel. Maximum 18 children.
